Costs for extra pages in the proceedings: 80.00 EUR per page (2 maximum).

  • Please note  that at least one of the authors of the paper must be fully registered (i.e., as Euromicro member or as Euromicro non-member, not as student!) by the 10.07.2026 (A.O.E), otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
  • A speaker may only submit one paper per registration, i.e. in case of more than one paper, the corresponding number of registrations must be done and covered.
  • Student status must be proven by sending a scanned copy of the student ID card on the same day to – email: tomasz.kryjak@agh.edu.pl
  • Students (Master or PhD) who are authors of a paper to be presented at the conference are eligible for the student rate if at least one of their original submitting co-authors registers at the full rate.

 

 

Conference fee include:

  • access to all technical sessions,
  • welcome cocktail,
  • gala dinner,
  • lunch and two coffee breaks per day,
  • access to the conference proceedings on the internet.

  • Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon booking) - prefered.
  • Credit card (online payment via PayU)


For bank transfer -  proforma invoice is sent by email automatically right after the order. ​​​​Once payment is completed, the invoice is automatically issued and sent by email.

Cancellation 
Payment is non-refundable

 

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the DSD/SEAA 2026 Local Organizing Committee by e-mail: barana@agh.edu.pl

The terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, including if a visa is officially refused to the participant.
We strongly advise all participants to start their visa application as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment.
